Bradley Smokers:

Set your heat and time when you start smoking and come back when it has finished cooking and ready to eat, it does not get easier than that! Worried about having to refill the bisquettes throughout the process? Both the original and digital models have nine hours of no wood refilling to make the smoking process easy for the user. Smokehouse Big Chief (top or front load) Electric Smoker:
Smokehouse Big Chief smokers feature a large amount of smoke at a lower temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. All you need to run this smoker is a standard household plugin. The smoker can hold up to fifty pounds of whatever it is you choose to smoke – the options are endless! Dragon Jalapeno Poppers
Makes 16 Poppers
Ingredients:
- 8 Jalapeño Poppers
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 16 cocktail smokies
- 8 slices of bacon, cut in half
Directions:
- Slice the Jalapeños lengthwise. Using a knife, remove the seeds and membrane.
- Mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese and chili powder.
- Fill the hollowed out portion of the jalapeño pepper with the cheese mixture.
- Place a cocktail smokie on top of the cheese mixture.
- Wrap half a slice of bacon around the jalapeño pepper. Use a toothpick if the bacon is falling off.
- Set your smoker to 250 degrees using wood Bisquettes of your choice (Pecan, Maple, or Hickory work great).
- Smoke the poppers for 2-3 hours or until the bacon is browned.
